Privacy for Elygent sign-in

This notice covers Elygent authentication, including its optional sign-in preview. It does not describe every Elygent product or connected service.

What sign-in does

Google or Microsoft may provide basic identity information, including a provider account identifier, email address and profile information. Elygent verifies that identity against an invited account and its existing access rules. Sign-in does not create open access for new users.

What is kept

Elygent keeps the account’s name and email, stable provider-to-person binding, access assignments, and session records. Sign-in access, refresh and ID tokens are not stored in the sign-in account records. Your provider password is entered only with the provider, not in Elygent.

Session cookies are secure and HTTP-only. Sessions have a seven-day lifetime and can refresh with use. Signing out from the sign-in page ends the current browser’s Elygent sign-in sessions. Stable identity and audit records remain so accounts and access are not silently reassigned.

Session records include sign-in times, IP address, and browser or user-agent metadata. If you choose to add a passkey, Elygent keeps its credential identifier, public key and security metadata. Your biometric data and passkey private key stay with your device or passkey provider and are not received by Elygent.

What is not connected

Provider sign-in requests basic identity scopes only: OpenID, email and profile. It does not request Gmail, Google Drive, calendar or mailbox access. Signing in does not grant an assistant additional email, file or app permissions; connected tools follow their separately approved access rules.

Your choices

You can cancel provider sign-in, sign out, or manage the connection in your provider account settings. Optional passkeys require a separate action on your device. The authentication-only preview does not automatically open an agent.

For questions about sign-in, account access, or retained identity records, contact the setup owner at xtranger51@gmail.com.
